Satellite Man, The

Mysteriously waking from an unknown period of unconsciousness in his bathroom, the being now only known as The Satellite Man, developed an uncanny ability to directly interface with the psychedeliosity composing reality. Leaving his job, he embarked on a quest to spread the teachings of The Eye, launching into extensive non-linear discourses on the subject to anyone who would listen.

He was immediately apprehended by the IMSB and subjected to a devastating barrage of experiments which left him capable of only minor clerical tasks, and so was sent to a remote "citizenry monitoring satellite", after having his existence erased from all records.
