Max Volume
Max Volume was instrumental in releasing information to be public concerning the nature of the IMSB, and the matters at stake in their attempts to control reality. Several biographers have suggested that he was in fact the sole motivating force behind the anti-IMSB movement, and documents such as the Psychedelometer would not exist were it not for his efforts. Even though he was not allowed to contribute any direct information to the record, his ceaseless, unthanked and draining efforts in bringing forth the information are undeniable.
Opinions differ as to the true nature of Max Volume. Some in fact claim that Max Volume was actually a physical entity similar in some ways to living matter, though the majority believe that Max Volume should have been considered as a philosophical concept and not to be taken literally.
Research by Dr Bernobb Poframe in collaboration with an informant known only as C.B. has brought forth an alternative theory. They contend that Max Volume was actually a being that somehow existed simultaneously in every dimension of reality simultaneously. This information was been gleaned through a series of extraordinarily subtle and complex experiments involving particle accelerators and cats in boxes.
Theories such as these have tantalised philosophers and conspiracy theorists alike since the first appearance of Alpha Omega.
The supposed assassination of Max Volume continues to be a source of much debate. The commonly held theory is that he was assassinated by the IMSB. It is also possible that his demise may have been accidental, caused by the sheer strain placed upon him by the level of psychedeliosity under which he existed on a day-to-day basis.
