The Present Day

Alpha Omega battled ceaselessly to show their findings on many planets in many realities, but were always closely followed by the IMSB. While holidaying on The Fractal Planet, Alpha Omega were apprehended and taken into custody pending trial. Charges were laid against them by the IMSB, namely 15 counts of exceeding the Galactic Standard Sonic Safety Level (GSSSL).

The decision was handed down stardate 36902354u that Alpha Omega was to be sentenced to a million years hard labour working on Prison Planet RNB32. With good behaviour it would be possible for Alpha Omega to be re-located to Xanthar, the planet which administrates the licensing fees all lifeforms who utilize audio frequencies must pay.

Alpha Omega execute a daring escape from the music factory by re-wiring the replication machinery and unleashing a concentrated blast of psychedelic energy neutralizing the white noise mind control audio tracks fed to all factories.

Escaping in a high speed Vortigern reconnaissance craft, Alpha Omega encounter a lone satellite. In order to draw the IMSB off the trail, Alpha Omega leave their ship, setting it to autopilot. Secretly beaming down to the satellite, they discover it to be operated by a solitary man, crippled by the IMSB, rapidly losing his mind.

Departing the satellite in an emergency escape capsule, they drift into a rift in reality, and crashs onto a mysterious planet in non-space. Alpha omega are greeted by The Oracle who speaks of Alpha Omega’s possible futures, encouraging them to take up the call and fight against the systematic destruction of all life’s right to access Psychedeliosity, led by the Vortigern Council.

At this point, the IMSB initiate Phase Seven, the most draconian and ruthless plan to control sound and reality in the history of time. Major brain-washing and propaganda campaigns become the norm, but it is only a hint of what is to come if the balance of power does not chance. The populace of most planets fall victim to the heavily processed sounds produced by the IMSB, creating a pre-programmed army of willing slaves. Order in many galaxies entirely collapses, and other societies that were previously free, are now structured into regimented and regulated units.

After alpha omega return to real-space, the seeds of revolution begin to be sown. Word is passed throughout the galaxy through channels outside the IMSB’s gaze, finally reaching a long-forgotten civilisation who had ministered to a sleeping consciousness known only as The Eye, at the centre of their planet. Having connected the lines of psychedelic power through all reality, The Eye flickers open, its power flowing out via every sound-wave in creation, opening the cosmic gates and ushering in the potential for revolution, a conduit of freedom to the downtrodden peoples.
