Origins
The early days of the group are shrouded in mystery due to the massive weight of the propaganda machine operated by the Vortigern Council, the founding body and primary power behind the Intergalactic Music Standards Board (IMSB).
In the early daze, Alpha Omega were operating below the radar of the IMSB, attempting to foster the creation of a lifeform composed entirely of sound, by gaining access to the psychedeliosity constituting all reality. Understanding this level of existence enables one to evolve rapidly into a new type of consciousness existing solely as sound vibration, or light, or thought.
The IMSB, known for its iron grip on all sonic phenomena in the galaxy, soon took great interest in Alpha Omega, to the point of outlawing all audio production by the group. They considered their work to be threatening to their attempts to control all sound, particularly if sound itself gained consciousness. They put their vast empire to the task of developing a machine which detects any sound (and later visual stimuli) that shows any sign of developing its' own consciousness.
Alpha Omega set to work on an extensive period of research and design, resulting in a controlled burst of psychedeliosity at a gathering that came to be known as Terra Australis.
